Eye :

A large effervescence feeds a thick, creamy collar of foam. The colour is golden yellow with green highlights. Perfect brilliance.

Nose :

A fine initial nose with aromas of delicate white flowers. Upon brewing, aromas of fern and citrus fruits (lemon) develop. On the finish, a touch of mint.

Palate :

A lively attack on the palate. The structure is straightforward, with a long, refreshing finish.

This elegant cuvée will find its place during an aperitif and with seafood dishes.
