VARIETIES :

• 75 % MEUNIER
• 20 % CHARDONNAY
• 5 % PINOT NOIR

Eye :

Large effervescence on serving feeds a fine, persistent string of foam.

The colour is pale golden yellow with a few green highlights. Perfect brilliance.

Nose :

A fragrant and elegant initial nose with aromas of dried flowers and citrus fruit (lemon).

When aired, dried fruit and candied fruit are present, giving it a lovely maturity. On the finish, fresh fruit (peach - apple).

Palate :

A straightforward attack with a powerful, generous structure.

A round, balanced dosage gives it substance and length.

This generous wine can be enjoyed on all occasions, thanks to its balance and power on the palate.
